The logo design reflects KXI’s core principle: People + Place = Performance. Its three walls symbolize these interconnected elements, with people at the heart. The notched 'i' illustrates the focus on the individual worker, while the logo as a whole reflects KXI’s blend of data-driven insights and human-centered design.
